OneImpact hosted by Dopasi is a digital health solution platform developed by the Stop TB Partnership and community and civil society partners, powered by Dure Technologies, to enhance and support community-led monitoring of the TB response. Respect for your privacy and confidentiality is key to the success of community-led monitoring. This OneImpact hosted by Dopasi Privacy Policy is therefore meant to help you understand what information OneImpact hosted by Dopasi collects from you, how the information is used, where the information is stored, with whom the information is shared, and how you can manage or delete your information.

What kinds of information does OneImpact hosted by Dopasi collect?

OneImpact hosted by Dopasi collects six kinds of information:

  1. Personal Information: The personal information you provide in the Registration Form which appears in your User Profile. This may include age, gender, type of user, type of TB, and whether you identify as a TB key population.
  2. Geolocation Data: Collected via GPS if allowed, about where your device—and therefore oftentimes where you—are located.
  3. Health Information: Collected in the Registration Form, Get Involved section, or surveys, which may include your TB, HIV status, and healthcare information.
  4. Chat Information: Collected when you chat with other users in the Get Connected section.
  5. Report Data: Collected when you submit a report in the Get Involved section by ticking boxes that apply to you when reporting a TB Challenge.
  6. Device Information: Includes unique identifiers, browser type and settings, device type and settings, and operating system.

How does OneImpact hosted by Dopasi use your information?

The information OneImpact hosted by Dopasi collects from you is used in the following ways:

Where is your information stored, who stores it, and for how long?

The information OneImpact hosted by Dopasi collects is stored as digital data by a commercial cloud computing service (Microsoft Azure), either in the United States or locally depending on the country. The data is stored for as long as the project operates in your country or until you submit a request to delete your account and its data.

How is your information shared?

Information collected by OneImpact hosted by Dopasi is generally only accessible to those involved in the project at the implementing organization in your country. All data shared outside of this organization is de-identified, meaning your personal details are stripped, and it is very difficult or impossible for anyone to identify you. You may, however, consent to sharing your personal information with first responders when submitting a TB Challenge report.

How can you manage or delete your information?

You may manage or delete your OneImpact hosted by Dopasi account or information provided here, which will be addressed within 30 days. De-identified and aggregated data cannot be deleted, as it is difficult or impossible to identify your individual data at that stage.
